I just dried all my tears up so that I'm not dealing with my issues on the camera. But, um, this morning, as part of this discipline of fasting, I really felt grateful for food for the first time in a long while. And gratitude is an interesting thing. I can say that I'm grateful for something and not feel grateful for it, and the feeling of gratitude is so beautiful. And fasting has this incredible power To create the opportunity for the feeling of gratitude. So, uh, we might do a little fasting in the discipline challenge. The first step, starting tomorrow for the next week, is just make your bed every morning first thing and celebrate the win because you're choosing, only because you're choosing You have power over your choices. You have power over your interpretations of what's happening. And you are an amazing, magical human creation Grateful for all of you for this life. Make it a great day!
